When you attempt to access the bet365 site or app, you may encounter an issue with the site or app not loading. This issue may be caused by cached data and cookies stored on your device. To resolve this issue, you should clear your cache and cookies. To do this, follow the below instructions.

Clear your Cache and Cookies on the bet365 app

If you are using the bet365 app, please follow the below instructions depending on your device's operating system.

iOS

  • Open your device's settings.

  • Scroll down and tap on Apps.

  • Select bet365.

  • Toggle the Clear Settings button so that it appears green instead of gray.

Android

  • Open your device's settings.

  • Scroll down and tap on Apps.

  • Select bet365.

  • Select Storage.

  • Select Clear Cache.

If you are still experiencing issues on the app, we'd recommend to delete it and then reinstall it.
