Bank Experiencing Technical Issues
There might be instances where your bank is experiencing technical difficulties and you will be unable to withdraw to your account. You will be notified of this by a message which reads "Sorry we are unable to connect to your bank at this time. Please try again later."
If you have a different bank account registered in your name, you may attempt to complete the withdrawal with those details.
If you do not have an alternative bank, and your payment method is unable to accept withdrawals, please Contact Us.
Non-Refundable Payment Method
There may be instances where the payment method you used to deposit is non-refundable. Therefore, the withdrawal method you will be offered is Online Banking.
To add a new bank account for Online Banking.

Select Online Banking.

Select your bank and then sign in.

You will then be able to withdraw to these details.
Invalid Email Address
As part of our verification procedures, we need to ensure the email address registered on your bet365 account is valid. You will be unable to withdraw until an email address has been confirmed as valid. To update your email address:

Go to the
in the top-right of your screen.

Select My Account and Contact Details where you will be presented with the option to update your email address.

Once you have updated your email address, enter your password, click update and we will send you an email with a link.

Click the link to confirm the email address is valid.
